Sun-Cart‘s FOC (Field-Oriented Control) smart controller is engineered to deliver smooth acceleration, precise torque control, and real-time diagnostics for electric golf carts and low-speed vehicles. Available in 48V and 72V configurations, our controller integrates seamlessly with Sun-Cart’s LiFePO₄ batteries and AC motors — creating a complete 3-in-1 electric drive system. Features include anti-rollback protection, anti-runaway protection, CAN bus communication, and programmable speed limits for LSV compliance.
FOC Vector Control – Smooth, Jerk-Free Acceleration
Our FOC controller for golf carts uses field-oriented control algorithm to independently manage torque and magnetic flux. Results in linear acceleration, zero cogging, and a comfortable ride for guests — no sudden lurches or hesitation.
CAN Bus Communication – Real-Time Diagnostics
